LUX subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel at any time, open iPhone Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → LUX → Cancel Subscription. You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
When you first install LUX, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the LUX purchase, and tap "Request a Refund". We can't issue refunds directly — Apple is the seller of record.
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your authentication, cloud backup, and local training data. The action cannot be undone. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID.
Yes. Training sessions, journal entries, and performance logs are stored on your device and synced encrypted to Firebase under your authenticated user ID so you can restore on a new device. We never sell or share your data, and nothing is used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
No. LUX is an educational training app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you experience persistent concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
First, open iOS Settings → Notifications → LUX and make sure notifications are allowed. Then in the LUX app, go to Profile → Notifications and check that the reminder categories you want are enabled. If you previously denied the permission prompt, iOS requires you to re-enable it in Settings.
Your coach reads your onboarding answers and your recent training data (completed sessions, difficulty, self-reported metrics) to generate a personalised 7-day training block each week. The program follows a 4-week mesocycle so intensity progresses safely instead of burning you out.
No. Missed days within the same week can't be caught up retroactively, but your next weekly block will adapt to where you are. Consistency over time matters more than perfect attendance.
Your training time is set during onboarding and drives the timing of your daily reminder. If you'd like to change it, contact us at support@luxtraining.app and we'll help.
